Are E_in and E_out mean, maximum or minimum of energy?

Thanks for your great work! You indicated in #13 that m_in and m_out can be set by E_in and E_out respectively. I would like to ask if E_in and E_out refer to the average, maximum or minimum energy of ID and OOD samples.

Average is fine.
