Theme switcher: Add button to return to OS settings

Feature Request
Summary
Add a button so that users who have switched the theme can set it back to the default OS setting.
Motivation
Currently tabi remembers the setting indefinitely. Some users might want to reset it without clearing browser data.

Important: have alt text to describe the functionality.
It would make sense to only show the icon (cross) when hovering over the theme switcher.
