End of file during parsing

when I trigger org-noter from my note, which has the :NOTER_DOCUMENT: property that includes the link to the PDF file, I got the error of End of file during parsing. I couldn't trace back to any issue that might cause this.
I've just realized that the problem might be due to the template that I used when generating the note file with some comment at the end might cause this to happen, so I close this for now, if the issue persists then I will open it back later
