Sync not working, triggered pull indicates success, no change

I've installed the app, given it permissions over this (and other) repositories, and manually triggered a pull. The triggered pull indicates Success (see screenshot), but the repository remains behind (see screenshot).
Hello, thanks for trying out Pull. I got your repo onto the scheduler and it's now working, jamincollins/OrcaSlicer#1 Please approve the PR for merge as it contains "workflow" changes.
