How to configure upstream repo name?

You can specify the upstream repo owner in pull.yml, but how can you specify the upstream repo name?
In cases where its equal to the forks name, there is no problem. But I have also forks that have a different name than the upstream repo.
There is no need to specify upstream repo name as GitHub automatically links it even if you rename your repo.
