Validation endpoint returns "Not found"

Hi,

We have the opendatahub-io/kubeflow repository configured with the pull bot to periodically fetch changes from upstream and it was working fine until some days ago it stopped opening new PRs.

I have checked the /process endpoint to force an update and it returns a "Not found" error but I'm not sure why because we haven't changed the pull configuration.
