Does the fetch upstream button break pull?

I clicked the fetch upstream button because pull wasn't merging one of its PRs, but it since hasn't made another.
Could you share the repo? If you prefer, You can send it in private too via chat on my website.

It seems to be working fine. Due to the large number of repos pull is working with, the check interval could be a few hours~
