Hello,
Thanks for the amazing work and open dataset !
I would like to train detection models using the hand annotations, files [4,6,7,8,9,10,12,15].xml in the annotation folder do not seem to be associated with images, am I missing something ?

Sorry for the late answer, I'm assuming that the XML files are associated with an image with the same prefix (example: 2018_TEAK_3_314000_4108000_image_86.xml goes with 2018_TEAK_3_314000_4108000_image_86.tif), when looking at the whole collection from Zenodo it seems that some of the XMLs do not have a corresponding image. Maybe I am missing a file connecting XMLs with images ?

I'm interested in the dataset as a resource to train and compare individual tree detection methods. I'm mostly interested in optical imagery but it's also great to have the LIDAR data to see how it helps !

Found the issue, files [4,6,7,8,9,10,12,15].xml go with images unnamed_plot_ [4,6,7,8,9,10,12,15]_competition.tif
I suggest mentioning this in the Readme
