All Torrents stop at exactly 2.8 GB

I use the WebTorrent on LimeTorrent. Every Single Torrent I try to get, no matter what it is, or what size it is, stops at exactly 2.8 GB. If it's lower then that, I can get it, otherwise, it says 0 seconds remaining, and no further downloading happens. If the torrent has multiple files, I can select the save files for the very first one. It will always get all the way to end and then halt downloading. For all other files it will just say starting, and never do anything.

I'm only using Brave Browser, nothing else.

It would be nice if WebTorrent let me see what percentage of a file the peers have, so that I could rule out torrents where the seeds have abandoned everyone, but I don't think that's the issue here. Again, it's EVERY SINGLE ONE I try to get that's over 2.8 GB, and it always lets me save the very first file only, but stops at the end.

I mean it would be lucky if any of the files were complete in the 2.8 GB which is usually around half, but the size doesn't matter. The issue seems to be limited to LimeTorrent. I have been able to successfully get games much bigger then 2.8.

In the distant past I used to use a Utorrent client, but that never works anymore. It has to be webtorrent.
