Error is thrown when the example is run.

When running the example on Mac OSX High Sierra, it throws an error:

Node version: 11.9.0
I installed the packages using npm install (not using yarn).

I can see the npm package require-from-string in then node_modules folder though.

Note: if the project is not supported anymore, you should mark it as deprecated, as we don't want this to end up in production otherwise.

Issue is related to webpack-hot-sever-middleware. I mistakenly added the issue here; opened a ticket there now.
