Capture all keys

First, thanks very much for this project. It's great!
One change that would help us tremendously is the ability to "capture all keys" from the client machine to ensure they're sent to the VDI. It's quite maddening, for example, to try to use vim (or emacs) in full-screen mode since the ESC key currently exits the full-screen VDI session.
Perhaps a very uncommon keystroke like Ctrl+F11 would be a better shortcut for exiting full-screen?

Yea it's pretty much the same.
My frontend chops are pretty awful as evident by the clunky UI. I've been hoping to eventually find some help in that area and put it through a near total rewrite. I also haven't had a ton of time to devote to this project the last couple months, but that will change in the future hopefully. More than happy to accept a PR, but no promises on when I'll be able to get to it myself.
