current installation doesnt work on windows

Current installation doesn't work on windows,
folders are getting created.
am using chromewebdriver, its launching the webpage but its not capturing images and storing them. even after installing all the binaries.
one more thing, no errors are reported which gives no clue has to what is failing
Same happens for me, any hints @harimys ?
