Synchronise AWS resources to WC

We should be able to use the credentials defined in #210 to list some resources from AWS and POST them to WC. WC could them display them somewhere along with CloudWatch metrics.
Tentative first list of resources: ELB, RDS, SQS, DynamoDB (, Lambda)
Marc found a better way to do that, closing!
