lazyload about cmp-cmdline

I read the dotfiles about plugins lazyload
I found that it will be loaded when "InsertEnter"
I just copy the configuration about 'cmp', I found that it will be not loaded if I was not entered Insert mode in cmdline mode
I tried to add event like {"InsertEnter", "CmdlineEnter"}, but it did't work at all....

I will appreciate it if you would help fix this preblem..
