[1.20.4] Hidden Tabs still doesn't seem to work properly

Previously mentioned in #329, JER still doesn't seem to respect the hiddenTabs options set in the config, as the Villager tab still shows up, despite having it set as a hidden tab "hiddenTabs": ["villager"], am I doing something wrong here?
