I have added some features in my forks, but I formatted code so it's inconvenient to make a pull request

Ignore my hack style in the code, some features are:

• configure to exclude folder from option list
• cache rencent used folders and put them top of the list
• remove text 'Bookmarks Bar' from option as it's the only root of all my bookmarks
