Current behavior:
wash app deploy https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wasmCloud/examples/main/actor/echo/wadm.yaml
Invalid subject: Found extra components of subject, ensure your manifest name consists of only alphanumeric characters, dashes, and underscores.
