Support for Lens v5

Considering the potential effort to address the incompatibility issues upgrading to v5, as well as it's unclear that any new features will be must to have in Lens v5, there's no timeline to upgrade this extension to support Lens v5.
@bhataprameya Can you please let me know which new features in v5 that you are using?
