Annotation icon missing on Wagtail 2.11

The annotation icon on the front-end is relying on an icon font that isn't being imported any more in 2.11:
This has been fixed in wagtail-review-ui 0.3.0, but it looks like 0.3.0 has made breaking changes on the JS side (presumably to accommodate the workflow implementation), so we can't upgrade.
Fixed for 0.3 in 9f3f9a8
