The transform's bounding box (blue border) is breaked when layer is dragged from beyond the boundaries of the map

Hello.
Thank you for plugin. It's very useful.

I noticed some strage behaviour. Layer dragging breaks the transform's bounding box (blue border) when layer is dragged from beyond the boundaries of the map

How can this be solved?
