Fix staking miner bond and deposit link

On this page - https://wiki.polkadot.network/docs/learn-staking-advanced#staking-miner - there is a link with the text "The bond and the fee" to https://wiki.polkadot.network/docs/learn-staking-miner#deposit-and-reward-mechanics. However, this page 404's. It looks like it was removed at some point and staking miner information added to learn-staking-advanced.
This link should be fixed or the bond and fee should be added inline to this page.
Update: looks like it should point to https://wiki.polkadot.network/docs/learn-staking-advanced#deposit-and-reward-mechanics instead.
