[Feature Request] Docker section in Run a Validator page

Docker section:
The Run a Validator webpage, the Docker section is placed at the end. When users visit the official website and want to quickly test running a node/validator, they have to scroll and search through a lot of information. This is also the case of the Setup a Full Node webpage.

Solution:
Consider relocating the Docker section to the beginning of the article or adding a reference to this option at the start of the article. Developers that don't require to read all the documentation can have easier access to this.

Context
I've had partners working on different projects personally go through this process and tell me the documentation was too clustered and they didn't find a simple docker option to check things out.
