Agenda discussion for public meeting on 2023-11-23

Please comment on this issue to add topics for our November 23, 2023 meeting. The agenda will be finalized approximately 12 hours before the actual meeting and migrated to our meeting notes doc.
New issues opened since our last meeting will be added to the agenda. WECG members are welcome to suggest other topics. When suggesting a topic, please provide a sentence or two describing what you hope to accomplish during discussion in the meeting.
