Remove the `integrity` IDL attributes

#31 tracked upstreaming the integrity attribute to HTML, and it was done in whatwg/html#1984. However, the IDL bits still remain in this spec:
https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-subresource-integrity/#interface-extensions

Simply removing them would be easy, but I've not sent a PR because I'm not sure if https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-subresource-integrity/#elements should also be removed.

Yeah, that can be removed as well. Though https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-subresource-integrity/#verification-of-html-document-subresources should maybe be updated to point to the HTML standard directly so it's clear how things are integrated.
