It would be useful to list the Mongolian punctuation marks and composition rules like clreq in the Punctuation section, such as:

There are also ᠉ U+1809 MONGOLIAN MANCHU FULL STOP and ᠈ U+1808 MONGOLIAN MANCHU COMMA for Manchu.
