https://w3c-ccg.github.io/traceability-interop/draft/#service is outdated.

  1. Keep https://platform.example/organization/123/presentations, but introduce it properly
  2. Remove https://platform.example/organization/123/credentials/issue and https://platform.example/organization/123/credentials/verify
  3. Remove EXAMPLE 4.
