Confusing "allow-list" reference

https://w3c-ccg.github.io/traceability-interop/draft/#integration-considerations has this statement:
Implementations are encouraged to include specific DIDs per CLIENT_ID in an allow-list.
What is this allow-list referred? That seems wrong/outdated/confusing and I propose removing that last part.
