Remove DIDAuth presentation from interop

Given that we are settling on OAuth presentation, we should get rid of:
- https://github.com/w3c-ccg/traceability-interop/tree/main/docs/tutorials/presentations-exchange
- https://github.com/w3c-ccg/traceability-interop/tree/main/docs/tutorials/presentations-verify
This includes removing running these collections in the interop report.
We did this.
