Custom allowed IP per client

Hi,
I m not able to set custom allowed IP for some peers. Also when I use apply global client config, it make changes to old peers as well as new peers.
Is there a way to create peers with custom allowed IP and custom DNS for those peers. May be edit peer option should expose these?
