Bitwarden CLI Having Errors When Getting Attachments

Because of bitwarden/cli#43, newly created attachments use a new type of key and cannot be downloaded due to a mishandling in the CLI. Bitwarden quickly fixed the issue, but we are waiting for the new release. Before it comes out, we will probably just use the build artifact from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/bitwarden/cli/builds/20873380/artifacts

This is temporarily fixed by #14, which uses the build artifact. Still waiting for the new release by Bitwarden CLI.
