Feature: more settings

- make more specific settings for things like the HTTP port, revshell port
- ideally these would be locally scoped so they can be re-used via a component in each 'window' while keeping sane defaults and ideally stored locally to retrieve after a page refresh
- see the json "config" array for how to implement these!
- local storage of all settings
- victim ipv4 input component, along with victim port
considering this finished in e89b04d as the commands.json now has a fairly rich set of config options for allowing customizations for inputs the user is prompted for building their command.
