Not listed in modules list

I installed this magisk module and installation shows done but I am unable to see this module in modules list.
- Tried reboot multiple times
- Also not listed in
/data/adb/modules
sh: 22006: unknown operand
/data/user/0/inhnvw.fbmmc/cache/flash/update-binary: line 32: install_module: not found
- Copying zip to temp directory
- Installing riru-unshare-2.0.zip
