Steps to reproduce
Try to file an issue for 3.0.0 version for vue-cli
What is expected?
To have 3.0.0 listed in choices
What is actually happening?
There is not search choice
Ok this has nothing to do with the code
When Asked Github Api says the last release is v2.9.3 : https://api.github.com/repos/vuejs/vue-cli/releases/latest
So I guess it is a internal process / config issue more then ..
