Edge与chrome. 在win上。无痕浏览器可以复现。
只有中文文档有问题。似乎

Seems like a network issue at your side. Your firewall / ISP might be blocking it. Try using some VPN.
I confirm that there is no problem with my network. And I asked my friend to test it. It is indeed impossible to access the point. And the console has a 404 error. And my English document is correct.
Looks like there is some scheduled maintenance going on in Cloudflare. Some of the traffic is re-routed. Maybe wait for few hours?

I can access this file. But my browser can't~
It shouldn't be cross domain
