Migrating meetups to a monorepo

@praveenpuglia came up with an idea to have a single source for the meetup website. This would benefit all meetups by automatically getting improvements from each other.

My Thoughts(carried over from WhatsApp)
- Repo Name : india.vue.community
- Domain: india.vue.community
- this repo will initially be forked from vue-bangalore repo but we'll work on it to make it work with folders for each location.
- once this is setup, we'll slowly move away from other repos.
- old urls can simply redirect to india.vue.community/meetups/[location] ?
- later on when this community hosts a conferences or workshop, it can simply be at india.vue.community/[conference/workshop]/[name-of-event]
