Support Collapsible sections in vue sfc

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
You currently cannot collapse any of the code in a vue sfc file. It would be awesome if you could do that.

To be able to collapse template nodes, script functions, if statements, etc...
Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternative other than to use vetur
Additional context
It would be awesome if you support #region tag/comment collapsing too
