How to update labels ?

Is it possible to add labels when the PR is being created？Thanks
The most logical thing to do would be to grab the PR number from the output or environment of the action here, and then either use the GitHub API directly or another action, e.g https://github.com/marketplace/actions/actions-ecosystem-add-labels. Do you see strong reason to bundle it here?
