Being from Ukraine myself, having extended family in Kiev, I can attest that nobody among people I know personally have received any sorts of help. So where all those donations go? Is that yet another speculation on the deep personal feelings?

All of the included Charity NGOs provide some form of reports of their expenses.
I think this is either a ruscist bot or somebody clueless. Looking at the rssian surname in the profile, the inability to properly transliterate the name of the Ukrainian capital, the apparent use of auto-translation (the title looks translated from rssian and doesn't actually make any sense in our context) and the structure or interaction, I wouldn't immediately believe that the OP's intent here is genuine. It is spam at best, closing. And since it's pushing some of the terrorist narratives, I'm going to apply the corresponding label, per the duck typing principle.
