.glb Glass & Trees Bugged

So I have been using the same glb objects on VRM Posing Desktop and currently the model I have been using has windows, trees & decorative glass and pools. The windows were nice and clear before now they are a solid object, I have imported them into Blender and they don't seen to have a problem it is only when they are brought into the VRM Posing Desktop that it has this issue. Everything was working fine yesterday Jan/10/2024 but today Jan/11/2024 Its all bugged. It is not only on this one model I did it is on any model I import into the Desktop.
Glass is not transparent, Water Texture is not as I made it, Tree Leaves are showing the texture that should be transparent
