ubuntu facts from 21.04 are missing the aio_agent_version fact.

Looks like this had been left out from the Ubuntu facts.
This breaks puppet_agent module in testing.
It's missing from some others as well. Might be worth adding this to #208
Ubuntu 21.04 is EOL as of January 20, 2022. We will just dump those factsets.
