Theme dropdown: question - can we make theme selection on blueprints match the interaction?

Curious about the LOE of making the themes dropdown in blueprints match this interaction. Ideally, it'd be just as easy to select a theme in a blueprint as it is to search on the dashboard.
If the lift is significant, we should pass.
Can we make it match the interaction completely? If a user has permissions to multiple themes, they should come to project creation screen and see a fixed-width field that says search themes. When they click in, they should be able to type in that space, same as on the dashboard.
