Icon request: Glimmer

Glimmer files use the file extensions gjs and gts (Glimmer JavaScript, and Glimmer TypeScript, respectively).
I've been working on a tutorial for this file format here: https://tutorial.glimdown.com
It's fairly new.

I can do all the work to get permission from trademark holders, and PR, etc.
Just wondering if there is a contributing guide or anything I should follow or if @vorillaz does all the contributing? 😅
