[DL Edition] Black and README issues

Some notebooks on the DL_edition branch fail the CI for black and README consistency.
@azmtag T035 is missing a README.md
@PaulaKramer T034 is missing a README.md
@gerritgr It's talktorial and not talkturial
I am taking care of the missing readmes :)
