Which profile should I use?

Which profile would be best for High Sierra 10.13.4 (17E199) ? I tried a bunch, however, got no love.
I suggest using the one build for that software version, such as this:
https://github.com/dfir-alvin/profiles/blob/master/Mac/10.13/10.13.4_17E199.zip
I did not test yet, so let me know if it works and I will submit pull request to the main distro.
