Vide 0.5.1 seems to not load videos, 0.5.0 works, and Awareness of forks...

I'm still using vide for a project (using it largely for the javascript video handle, don't have time to write a new approach). A couple notes for anyone using it in 2021:
- Video not loading? Might want to try rolling back to vide 0.5.0. I couldn't get 0.5.1 to work.
- There's been a number of forks at https://github.com/vodkabears/Vide/network . I had issues with some of them adding features like timeouts, but worth noting if anyone's trying to merge in changes..
closing, 0.5.1 seems to work actually
