Remodal not loading on safari 9.1 working fine in 9.1.2 and higher

Hi,
We just noticed that on some devices the remodal is not opening. (not responding at all)
On iPad running ios 9 its also nog working
but on the new ios10, or the dev preview on mac 9.1.2 its working just fine.
Anyone known with this issue?
Were you able to fix your issue? Remodal seems to be working everywhere on my projects including on iPad ios 9
