Login not vertically centered

Describe the bug

Since upgrading to Clarity version 15.9, there is an alignment issue with the login form. The login form, which was previously vertically centered, is now aligned at the top.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to the login page (Clarity 15.9 or 15.10)
  2. Observe the vertical positioning of the login form.

Expected behavior

The login form should mimic the vertical centering seen in Clarity 15.8.0 and prior versions.

Device:

Tested with Firefox 116.0.2, and Chromium 116.0.5845.96
