Datagrid: hover and selection not distinguishable

Describe the bug

The hover and selection color of the datagrid are not distinguishable any more - changed from v15 to v16

How to reproduce

1. Go to 'https://clarity.design/documentation/datagrid/code/selection'
2. Go to 'https://v15.clarity.design/documentation/datagrid/selection'
3. Compare hover and selection
