Hello, I noticed the repo has moved (again since another closed issue). Could you update the README.md to reflect the new URL :
https://packages.vmware.com/photon/vivace_$releasever_$basearch
The above worked for me in Photon OS 3.0 (installed from OVA).

On a Pi4, the installation stucks with nothing provides libicudata.so.61()(64bit) needed by firefox-51.0.1-1.ph3.aarch64. Falsely speculating I tried to use as baseurl=https://packages.vmware.com/photon/vivace/vivace_3.0_$basearch as there are no sources for Photon 4 aarch64 yet. tdnf install icu didn't resolve the issue. The available icu packages are 67.1-1.ph4 and above.
