Launch octant from a web link

Currently, i can't put an item to launch octant in dashy.
Describe the solution you'd like
A specific web link which is made of a specific protocol such as steam:// to launch steam
Environment:
- Octant version (use
octant version): 0.25.1.0 - Kubernetes version (use
kubectl version): v1.24.6+k3s1 - OS (macOS 10.15, Windows 10, Ubuntu 19.10 etc): Windows 11
